歯科医師の藤浪です
去る12月12日-13日にお休みをいただき、院長はじめ医院スタッフ一同で院内旅行へ行ってまいりました。
行き先は
淡路島
とある神話によれば、世界で最初に生まれた島である。。。とかなんとか…
ホテルは
渚の荘 花季
かの有名なホテルニュー淡路系列の素晴らしいホテル…
我々関西人は皆知っているあのCM ホテルニュ〜淡路〜でおなじみのホテル….
あのCMからは想像できない（笑) 素晴らしいおもてなしと温泉のあるホテルでした！
到着するなり、スタッフみんなで集まり、会議
より良い治療を提供する事はもとより
今年の反省を踏まえた上で、患者さんにどのように快適に治療を受けていただくかを話しあってきました
会議の合間にブレークタイムをはさみ、各々休憩。
私は、院長とともに温泉へ。
露天風呂から望む大阪ベイはまさに絶景…
風呂からあがると、元副院長の内海先生達も合流し会議を再開
診療後の時間などを使ってスタッフが作製したプレゼンをみながら、
有意義な時間を共有することができました！
会議後はお楽しみの夕食
素晴らしい海の幸に舌鼓をうち、ホテルマンのおもてなしにも感動。。
このようなおもてなしのできる人間にならねば！！
と思っている間にすっかりお酒が進んでおりました
翌日はみんなそろって淡路夢舞台へ。
夢舞台には安藤忠雄が設計した花壇や、素晴らしい植物園があり
普段感じることのない、アーティスティックな気持ち？になりました
さて、とりとめのない私の文章も終了に近づいています
この旅を通じ、話しあったことや感じたことを日々の業務へいかしていきたいと思います
