最近、親知らずを抜歯希望される患者様が多くいらっしゃいます
当院では親知らずを抜歯する前にパノラマレントゲンを撮影し、
親知らずの生え方や下歯槽神経と親知らずが近接しているのかどうかを確認します。
近接している場合はさらにCT撮影を行い、下歯槽神経とどのように近接しているのかを確認後、抜歯を行なっていきます。
下歯槽神経を損傷すると顎や頬のあたりに麻痺がでることもあり、
「親知らずの牽引（けんいん:引っ張ること）」をし損傷するリスクを低減させる方法をとることがあります。
